What Does Our Desert Sage Event Center Provide?

The Desert Sage Event Center has:

  • 32 Partial hook-ups (Water & electrical)
  • 50 dry camping sites
  • RV Dump Station on site
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Pets welcome (PLEASE clean-up after them)

Costs

  • $30.00/night fee RV WITH WATER AND ELECTRICAL (Group Rates Available)
  • $15.00/night fee RV DRY (Group Rates Available)
  • $10.00/night fee Tent (Available ONLY with group events)
  • Showers & Restrooms available ONLY with large group camping

Overnight Horse Stall Rentals

Stalls are kept locked down; MUST contact facility to unlock

Box stalls (Bedded)

  • $20.00 fee/night for reserved stalls
  • $25.00 fee/night for walk-ins

Answers To Commonly Asked Questions

Yes, the camping will be done the same as last year in the Livestock Camping area. We are trying to improve the camping experience at Fair for exhibitors & Board members.

  • Fill out application & submit application by July 9, 2023. Don’t send money. If there is a group that wants spots together please note on application.
  • 8 names will be drawn to receive the power water spaces in the Livestock area.
  • Those 8 people will be notified July 11th, 2023 by 10 am.
  • If we don’t notify you by July 12th that you have power/water then you will need to plan on a generator/fans.
  • July 23rd is Clean-up Day. You will pay for camping & passes at that time. That portion won’t change.
  • We need to keep the fire lanes open at all times. Park within your designated camping area.
